Your number of moves is strictly limited, and if you run out, you'll have to start planting from the very beginning. Every level asks you to grow a specific number of vegetables, shown at the top of the game field. Each vegetable grows and occupies the cells of the field in its own way. For instance, carrots fill an entire vertical or horizontal row, cauliflower is planted one cell at a time, and pumpkin takes up five cells at once. Keep these features in mind and don't forget about your limited moves.
