Description
I'm Going Home
This app will come in handy for mushroom pickers, hunters and anglers, as well as anyone who worries about getting lost on a hike. Clear directions delivered in a friendly voice make it a pleasure to use.
Brief Description of the App
Getting from one place to another is the core task that the "I'm Going Home" app is built to simplify. Plenty of people assume there are many similar apps out there, but that is a fundamental misconception.
Today there are all sorts of navigators, but they only guide users along paved roads. When you head out for mushrooms, they are of little use. A compass can help in such situations too, but it is not very convenient to use.
A mushroom picker has to pull out a compass, shine the phone on it, check the bearing, and then put everything back in a pocket. And if they have already lost their way, the route home can end up being much longer.
Key Features
It is worth noting that the "I'm Going Home" app is especially useful when you set off for a walk in the forest.
Simply mark a point at the edge of the forest, and the app will guide you back to that marked spot.
When mushroom pickers stumble upon a wonderful clearing and want to return to it the following weekend, "I'm Going Home" becomes a huge help.
This is especially relevant when someone is visiting an area for the first time. To find the way back later, just save the coordinates of the clearing in the app. 0 20 Feb Additional information:
