Depending on the situation, the goals of match-3 challenges can vary. Mostly, they help you create effective attacks so that the soldiers and fish generals in your ranks can quickly defeat the enemy.

When you defeat a certain number of enemies and earn enough experience points, you unlock a new ocean hero to join your team. The more sea generals you have, the stronger your team becomes, with richer tactical combinations and more chances to beat the enemy.

Play match-3 to strengthen each hero

If you own a team of extremely powerful sea heroes, all at high levels, you will no longer have to worry about the safety of your future city.

To reach high levels and unlock powerful talents and combat skills, you will need to rotate each newly collected hero through both large and small battles. The more you fight, with match-3 support, the more chances the hero has to activate special skills. Stronger skills make battles more effective, and leveling up becomes remarkably fast. Only 6 heroes take part in each match, but World of Water offers more than 50 species in total. Every type has its own name, appearance, strength rating, and fighting ability.
