Description

Wizardio is an action game with vertical scrolling, familiar gameplay mechanics, appealing graphics, and a wide range of extra features that keep every session engaging. You play as a young wizard setting out on a perilous journey through lands full of dangers for any traveler, chasing fame and power. Dozens of spells, endless spell combinations, multiple schools of magic, branching development paths, random skills, and plenty more make each run feel tactically different from the last.

Wizardio is a role-playing action game about a brave wizard battling monsters.

You control an aspiring wizard armed with a powerful wand. Your task is to guide the hero through rooms and defeat a variety of foes. Watch out, they are dangerous and can slay your apprentice. The game offers several hundred levels, a huge range of upgrades, dynamic gameplay, and one-finger controls.

Every run begins on a fresh level that houses the wizard along with several kinds of enemies, including slimes, bats, skeletons, beetles, dark mages, and other creatures. A virtual joystick moves your character, and you start attacking simply by coming to a stop. Don't linger too long in one spot, since enemies never sleep and will fire a volley of projectiles at you right away. Each monster you destroy raises your level, and when you move on to the next stage, you can pick a bonus. These vary widely, including boosted health, stronger magic damage, a higher critical hit chance, enemy freezing, poison, and much more.

Sooner or later you will fall, which takes you back to the main menu. There you can strengthen your wizard and spend collected coins on stylish cosmetic items that make your character stand out.
