Description

Whoo: With a Dear Friend is a smartphone app that lets you follow a specific person's location on a map. It was well liked by users in Russia and the CIS, but it was shut down shortly afterward.

Overview

The app first launched on the App Store and quickly spread across users' phones. It can no longer be installed today, but fans didn't give up and found a replacement in Whoo Next Zenly.

This tool shows where your nearby friends are, what they're up to, and even how much battery charge they have left. Personal information is shared only when both users agree, so the app can't be used for secret surveillance.

To start, you can meet other people through markers on the map, which update in real time. This makes it simple to find companions. If a friend already uses the app, you can add them as a contact. You get all the details instantly, and communication and location tracking come together in one program.

You can download Whoo With a Dear Friend for Android from Apkmod.app. The original app is currently unavailable, so we recommend installing Whoo Next Zenly instead. It serves the same purposes, and the messenger has grown very popular throughout 2023.
