Welcome to the world of Pokémon! Grab a Poké Ball and set out to catch the most powerful Pokémon, then take them into battle against other creatures.
Gameplay
Pick your favorite boy or girl character, then receive your very first Pokémon. You'll start out in a vibrant world full of intriguing characters who hand out quests that you can jump straight into. Along the way, you'll run into other Pokémon and get pulled into battles with them.
Battles unfold in turn-based mode. Simply select the attack you want to use to damage your opponent, and you can also call in your other Pokémon when needed.
Once you've weakened an opponent, toss a Poké Ball at it to catch it. Collect as many Pokémon as you like, level them up, and equip them with the best gear you can find.

A classic role-playing game with original gameplay, colorful graphics, and easy-to-learn controls. You'll take on the role of a Pokémon trainer on a quest to hunt down these rare creatures.
