Gameplay

In this game, you take on the role of an HR specialist at a large, well-known company, tasked with finding new hires for a variety of positions throughout the firm. To find qualified candidates, you'll need to carefully review and assess each applicant's resume.

You'll also hold interviews with prospective candidates, asking questions that help you decide whether each person is a good match for the role. If a candidate fits well, offer them a contract; if not, turn them down.

Beyond recruiting, you'll also look after current employees who come to your office for all sorts of reasons. Some will ask you to arrange their vacation time, while others may simply stop by.

Staff may also ask to borrow everyday items like a stapler, computer mouse, or calculator. Each task you complete successfully earns in-game currency, which you can spend on furniture to decorate your own office.
