Gameplay
What separates a bad archaeologist from a good one? It's the thirst for venturing into the completely unknown. The brave hero of this game is exactly that kind of explorer, eager to climb into the most mysterious ancient ruins and study the oldest artifacts. Getting hold of those relics, however, is no easy task.
They're tucked away behind a maze of traps, each one trickier than the last.
Getting past these traps calls for more than quick reflexes, such as leaping over spikes and dodging arrows. You'll also need to put your wits to work, since many puzzles must be cracked before the path to an artifact finally opens.
Game Features
At its core, the game is a straightforward platformer with simple controls, letting you jump, climb ladders, and move left and right.
The real highlight is working out the wide variety of puzzles on offer, and there are plenty of them. Each one serves as the key to leaving the level.
All the artifacts you discover are gathered into one big collection, which you can browse in your personal library to see what you've already found and what still remains. The game also features many levels, and the difficulty ramps up steadily with every new stage.
