USE CARDS TO ATTACK YOUR OPPONENT

In Vanguard ZERO, you'll see a card marked with a zero beside it, and this is an important card you need to protect. If it takes too much damage, you'll quickly lose it, so you'll have to choose a card to override it. This card has weak stats and struggles against stronger opponents. During an attack, the player also has a chance to draw a trigger card.

Each attack gives the player a chance to draw a trigger card. When drawn correctly, its effect activates, and most of the time it grants a pow boost. This increase in pow reduces the damage the player takes and forces the enemy to rely on a card with stronger pow to hit back.
