NOTE: This is an unofficial third-party application built for editing textures. VC or SA must be installed before you use it. Some basic knowledge of modding will also help you get comfortable with TXD Tool.
With TXD Tool, you can carry out a variety of texture operations, including importing, exporting, removing, renaming, editing properties, creating aliases, and overwriting.
TXD Tool supports every texture format and lets you import textures from common image formats or directly from TXD files.

How to install
