With its charming visuals, demanding difficulty, and constantly shifting scenarios, it's a real treat for fans of unusual casual runners.
Survive on 1 Penny is a quirky side-scrolling runner where the goal goes beyond dodging obstacles and pushing forward. You also have to build real wealth from scratch.
Dressed in a casual tracksuit, the protagonist heads wherever the path leads him. With just one penny to his name, he has to spend and trade carefully. Your aim is to maximize profits and cover as much ground as possible, which is no easy task with dense crowds blocking the way.
Steer clear of crashing into pedestrians, especially anyone riding bicycles or skateboards. Not everyone is a threat, though, since plenty of passersby are keen to trade. For instance, you can trade your penny for a pen, flip that pen for a dollar, and spend the cash on a bottle of water. There are countless inventive routes to riches, but make sure you don't lose all your lives while chasing a record distance.
With bright cartoon graphics, endless replay value, and a huge variety of trade combinations, every run feels fresh. You never know how far you'll get or which valuable items you'll be carrying after a few hundred meters. Bargain smartly, exchange items for higher-value goods, and restore your character's energy in time.
