Description
Sonic The Hedgehog 3
You'll still take control of the blue speedster Sonic as you race through a wide range of stages. Every area is packed with hazards, traps and enemies, and the levels can be tackled in several different ways rather than just one fixed route.
Gameplay
A natural follow-up to the series that brings fresh ideas to the table.
The game keeps its familiar mechanics and simple pixel art, but adds brand-new stages. Now you can guide Sonic across floating islands and even deep underwater.
In this third installment, you're not limited to Sonic alone, since his friend Tails joins the adventure as well. Each character has special abilities; for instance, Tails can swim underwater and take to the air.
The game features 6 zones to conquer. These are expansive environments, and each one ends with a boss battle. In the final showdown, you'll face Robotnik, the mad scientist and main villain, who is trying to dominate the entire world by bringing the Death Egg back to life. We have to stop him at all costs.
Features
- New stages. Explore locations underwater and across floating islands.
- Non-linear levels. Finish the same stage using multiple routes.
- Two playable characters – Sonic the Hedgehog and his friend Tails the Fox.
- Plenty of obstacles scattered through the levels – spikes, rolling balls, traps, pits and much more.
- Plenty of power-ups – three types of shields, rings-attracting magnets and more.
