Description

SatFinder Pro is the paid edition of SatFinder. It relies on the device's magnetometer (compass) sensor. SatFinder (short for Satellite Finder) helps you align a satellite dish. Using your GPS location and the satellite you select from the list, it calculates the azimuth, elevation, and LNB tilt you need. Results appear as numeric values and on a Google Maps graphic. A built-in compass also makes it easier to locate the correct satellite azimuth.

The satellite list is comprehensive and covers all television satellites, so the app should work anywhere in the world. If you spot any errors, please send me an email so I can keep improving the app.

Starting with version 1.07, the app includes a worldwide database of FTA and encrypted channels. Loading the full list takes a few seconds, so please be patient. This feature requires an internet connection. The top 10 countries have a preset language in the list. Users in other countries can set the language manually. The list uses language codes, such as eng for English and ger for German. The channel list is still being completed, and updates are on the way. If you find an error in the list, please send me an email.
