SASSLA MOD APK 8.0.0r4, Free

SASSLA is Mexico's digital risk alert platform. It delivers the official signal from the Mexican Earthquake Early Warning System (SASMEX), along with emergency notices and public announcements from Civil Defense authorities. When an Earthquake Early Warning (EEW) is triggered, the SASSLA app gives you tailored information, including: • Estimated arrival time of seismic waves at your location • Approximate epicenter location • Expected shaking intensity at your location (light, moderate, or strong) [SASSLA APP REQUIRES AN INTERNET CONNECTION] The EEW is a critical signal that gives people a few precious seconds to take protective action before seismic waves capable of causing damage arrive. ⚠️ An EEW is not issued for every earthquake, only for those that pose a threat to your location. FULL EEW SIGNAL BROADCAST COVERAGE IN THE SASSLA APP, BY STATE: • Mexico City • State of Mexico • Morelos • Puebla • Tlaxcala • Guerrero • Oaxaca • Michoacán • Colima • Jalisco PARTIAL EEW COVERAGE: • Chiapas • Veracruz • Tabasco • Hidalgo • Guanajuato • Nayarit SASMEX EARTHQUAKE DETECTION COVERAGE: SASMEX detection relies on 96 seismic sensors placed across the most seismically active regions of the country, along the Pacific Ocean and the Trans-Mexican Volcanic Belt. They cover the states of Jalisco, Colima, Michoacán, Guerrero, Oaxaca, and Puebla. Its monitoring infrastructure is built on highly reliable, redundant, and resilient systems in electrical, electronic, computing, and telecommunications engineering, ensuring continuous operation 365 days a year. EEW LEAD TIME: SASMEX defines "lead time" as the interval between the moment people hear the official seismic alert and the moment strong seismic waves reach the alerted location. The system can provide roughly 20 to 120 seconds of lead time, depending on how far the earthquake's epicenter is from the user's location. For example, an earthquake originating off the Michoacán coast could give Mexico City more than 100 seconds of warning, while locations closer to the epicenter will get less. INNOVATION AND PRESTIGE OF SASMEX: SASMEX is a 100% Mexican development built on modern technology. Drawing on science and engineering from a highly experienced team in telemetry systems, electronics, geophysics, computer science, telecommunications, artificial intelligence, and advanced computing, it broadcasts alerts using what is considered the fastest earthquake alert algorithm in the world. This makes it the world's fastest seismic alert system. SASMEX is a member of international organizations dedicated to disaster risk reduction. It actively takes part in national and international events, forums, and symposia with seismology experts, and regularly hosts specialists from around the world at its headquarters in Mexico. Some of its collaborators include: • International Association of Seismology and Physics of the Earth's Interior (IASPEI) • United States Geological Survey (USGS) • Electric Power Research Institute (EPRI) • American Geophysical Union (AGU) • Seismological Society of America (SSA) SASMEX: THE ONLY OFFICIAL EARTHQUAKE ALERT SYSTEM IN MEXICO SASMEX is recognized as the first earthquake early warning system in the world and a global pioneer in seismic alert development. Its alerts are public and free of charge, and federal authorities officially endorse it as the ONLY OFFICIAL seismic alert system in Mexico. IGNORE NON-OFFICIAL SOURCES.
