Background
Rubik's Match 3 unveils a charming, dreamlike 3D cube world before your eyes. Yet this dreamland has been swallowed by a thick fog. To restore its original beauty, someone has to step up and rebuild everything. That someone is Cubies, Daisy and Reno, two lovable Rubik-shaped characters. They cannot accomplish this alone, so they are asking for your help. Only you can overcome the puzzles and challenges needed to rebuild this Rubik world. Will you lend a hand to the residents of Rubik's Match 3?
Gameplay
As in other match-three games, Rubik's Match 3 has you working through a series of levels. In each one, you must line up at least three identical symbols in a row or column. Those matched symbols disappear and may create new blocks in their place. Use this to your advantage and complete each level's objective to move forward. Keep in mind that every level usually comes with a limited number of moves, along with tasks such as clearing obstacles or collecting specific blocks.
Finishing these levels rewards you with items such as Fragments. Spend them to rebuild buildings or trees on your map, which opens up more of the world and lets you progress to the next levels. Remember that Rubik's Match 3 also features plenty of other missions offering many appealing rewards. Try to complete them before time runs out.
Huge Rubik's Map
Rubik's Match 3 presents players with a vast world made up of many different lands. You will find lush green forests, open grasslands and some deserts. Your job is to restore each of these areas to its original beauty. Every land contains numerous levels, and each level unlocks structures you need to build.
The structures in Rubik's Match 3 typically suit the area you are exploring. The jungle region, for example, features ancient trees and small houses, along with charming items like TVs or BBQ grills. The more levels you clear, the more Fragments you collect. Use those Fragments to construct these structures, and once you build enough, the map expands.
Daily Tasks
Rubik's Match 3 offers a set of small daily missions that let you gather a modest amount of resources each day. On average, three daily missions refresh every five hours. These tasks are fairly simple, often completed automatically just by playing regularly. Still, read each mission's requirements so you can finish them before they reset.
Completing tasks in this section earns you small rewards and also advances a separate mini-game. A character in that mini-game takes one step forward with every task you complete. Finish enough tasks and the character reaches locations holding especially valuable rewards, so be sure to collect them before they refresh.
