The real excitement starts on the return trip, when the road is blocked and you must navigate a perilous path leading straight across building rooftops, where a medical team is waiting for you.

Control your ambulance in one of three ways: tap the buttons on the sides of the screen, use the virtual steering wheel, or tilt your device. Each completed level rewards you with coins, which you can spend on unlocking new cars.
