The inventory tracker helps you keep tabs on stock levels for your products. The calculation module adds up the prices of scanned items and lowers stock counts when you record a “sale”.
This is the PRO version.
How to use it? * Tap the “Start” button and aim your device's camera at a QR code to preview it. * If the scanned code was saved before, its details will appear. * You can turn this off on the “Settings” page. * Switch the flash ON or OFF when lighting is poor. * Read QR codes and barcodes and save them to the database. * Use the “Inventory Tracker” button to manage stock information for your records. Select an item to add a stock input or output. * Use the “Transactions Report” button to view DAILY, WEEKLY and MONTHLY stock transactions. * Use the “Browse Results” button to search and filter saved codes. Select one to edit or delete it. * Use the “Export Results” button to export your results to an XLS (Excel) file. The file is saved in the “qrcode_reader_exports” folder on your SD card. * Use the “Import Results” button to bring data from an XLS file in the “qrcode_reader_exports” folder into the database. * It is STRONGLY recommended to export your results to a file regularly to prevent DATA LOSS.
You can attach an image to a record on the Browse → Record Details page. Tap the Edit button, tap the Select Image button, then tap Save.
How to use Calculation Mode 1. Scan the barcode. If a matching record is found, the item is listed and its price is added to the total. 2. Tap the Scan button to scan and add new items. 3. Tap an item to change its quantity. 4. Tap the cancel button on an item to remove it from the list.

A possible usage scenario for a tradesperson:
You can look up the price of your products by scanning their barcodes.
1. First, scan and save the barcodes of your products along with their prices. This way, you build your own barcode database.
2. Later, when needed, scan a product's barcode and the price information you saved earlier will pop up.
It is STRONGLY recommended to export your results to a file regularly to prevent DATA LOSS. You can then import the exported file to restore your database.
