Description
Welps is a fitness companion from the Wellness Digital Group studio, built to encourage a healthy lifestyle, sensible nutrition, and regular physical activity. While it is clearly geared toward effective weight loss, the developers suggest starting with goals that go beyond simply shedding pounds.
Think inner balance, a firmer body, and the extra energy that makes everyday routines feel easier. Surprisingly, with all of these points in mind, the Welps app can be a genuine guide toward lasting personal change.
Content, interface and updates
Welps offers plenty of variety: meal ideas with multiple recipes (including breakdowns of fats, protein, and carbohydrates), workout instructions for both home and gym, a goal-setting system with a training plan unlocked after sign-up, and a selection of expert fitness tips. As a bonus, a built-in companion helps you shape both your diet and workout program, and keeps your motivation up so you don't drop off too early, for example on day two.
The platform also works well for more experienced users. People who have been chasing their dream physique for years can train on their own terms, pick a coach, and access additional features included in the Android version. Ready to give it a try?
