MEET CUTE FRIENDS

If fashion games are your favorite genre, Pastel Friends is an excellent pick that will leave a strong impression from the very first session. Its soft, pastel-toned design comes with plenty of colors and visual effects, and you'll quickly meet a lot of interesting and attractive friends. Your task is simple: use the items you discover in the game to help them look even more beautiful.

When you open the game, you'll get helpful pointers about the app that are easy to follow. You can pick up the core mechanics quickly, and the accompanying images show exactly how each one works. There are quite a few mechanics to learn, so it pays to read carefully before jumping into the main gameplay. A friend is waiting, and it's up to you to make her look her absolute best.

CHOOSE THE ELEMENTS YOU WANT

The main screen of Pastel Friends shows your character at the center, and that's where your styling work begins. You choose from the elements the game offers and watch the character transform step by step. Every piece on the character can be changed as you work toward the perfect look, and that's a job that takes real attention to detail.

What makes fashion games challenging is the sheer variety of items, split across different sections. Each section holds many pieces in different designs, so you'll quickly see that the game allows an enormous number of combinations. The game also lets you adjust the traits of certain elements to suit your vision.

Beyond picking the right elements, you can fine-tune the traits of some items to make your character stand out. The mirror feature flips an item into its reversed state. Some outfits and jewelry can overlap, so you can use the layer selection tool to decide which piece appears on top.

FIND THE MODE THAT SUITS YOU

Building a character that matches your style in Pastel Friends can take a good amount of time, and the colorful, engaging experience can easily pull you in. You can also choose a mode that fits your creative urges. The game offers two main modes, decorate avatar and decorate friends, each with its own mechanics worth learning.

Decorate avatar focuses on creating the avatar you want and saving it. In the other mode, you can load several avatars and use them during play, and this mode also lets you change the background. Once you've finished a creative session, you'll likely want to save the image and share it with friends.

Players will find plenty of fun when meeting beautiful characters:

• Players enjoy fashion gameplay and make a character look more impressive using the items on hand.
• Items are sorted into different sections for easy browsing, and the sheer quantity is sure to impress anyone.
• Some in-game items can be adjusted with the mirror and layer features to keep the character's look striking and on point.
• Players can choose one of two modes, and each one has its own traits and mechanics worth paying attention to.
• Once you've reached your goal in the game, you'll naturally want to save the character's image and share it in several ways.
