Description

Ninja Runner is a side-scrolling action runner where the ninja keeps moving forward on his own, so you can focus on timing and precision. Your hero is a fearless warrior fighting his way through treacherous lands. Traps, obstacles, and enemies make up the backdrop, but the real challenge lies in leaping from platform to platform. You need to react quickly to every change in the terrain so you can plan and carry out the perfect route. Keep an eye out for coins and other valuables too, since they unlock skill upgrades and make the journey easier.

Ninja Runner is a horizontal runner with action elements, letting you guide a brave ninja through dozens of monsters and obstacles.

Who the hero is, where he's headed, and what drives him remains unknown. There's no backstory here. You just start clearing levels and help the character get past every hazard he meets along the way.

The ninja can't move on his own, so you control him with the arrow keys on the left side of the screen and the jump button on the right. As you progress, you'll need to leap over chasms, sharp spikes, spinning saw blades, poisonous pits, and much more. Your sharp sword, shurikens, and speed boost help you deal with enemies, although the speed boost only becomes available after you collect certain artifacts hidden around the levels.

The difficulty ramps up with each level, and new foes appear, such as mages hurling fireballs, along with fresh obstacles and more. Unfortunately, you can't upgrade the character's stats or change his look.
