OIL: Economic Strategy
An original economic strategy game in which you build oil rigs, extract crude, sell it, and grow your fortune.
Gameplay
You start with a modest amount of capital, which you can invest in surveying oil reserves and constructing your first extraction rig. Every rig produces a set number of barrels per day, but it also drains a fixed amount of money to run.
You can sell the oil you extract on the market, yet prices there shift quickly, so you need to keep a close eye on them at all times. Misjudge the market and you could go broke in an instant, bringing your game to an end.
You can also fine-tune how much oil you sell depending on market prices and your production costs. Any output you don't sell goes into a storage facility, which you will have to build as well. Once prices settle, you can sell the stored oil and collect a healthy profit. Your ultimate goal is to earn 10 million dollars.
Game features
This game lets you live the life of a real oil tycoon: extracting, selling, and getting richer by the minute. To succeed, you must explore land to discover how much oil it holds, then build extraction towers and storage facilities.
