Description
Muminon App – Muminon is a comprehensive Islamic app for every Muslim, man and woman
It includes complete daily prayer times and Adhan, the full Hisn al-Muslim daily supplications, Islamic ruqyah, the written Holy Quran (reading mode), the audio Quran recited by a number of reciters, an audio library, the Qibla direction, nearby mosque locations, a digital tasbih, live broadcasts from Makkah and Madinah, a Hijri and Gregorian calendar, and a dedicated section of reminders relevant to a Muslim's day.
App Sections
Adhan – Prayer Times: This section of the Muminon Islamic app helps you stay on time for your prayers wherever you are. It notifies you at every Adhan and works without an internet connection. Prayer times vary from country to country, so Muminon covers prayer times for regions across the globe, and users can control the calculation method, Adhan sound, Adhan timing and more.
Holy Quran: Read the Holy Quran offline, with adjustable font sizes, including a large text option. The Mushaf section provides a full index of surahs, such as Al-Fatiha, Al-Baqarah, Ya-Sin, Al-Mulk, short surahs, Juz Amma, Juz Tabarak, and all 114 surahs of the Holy Quran. You can navigate to a surah by page or juz, and set a bookmark at the verse where you stopped reading so you can quickly return to the same verse or page later.
Audio Quran: In this section you can listen to the complete Holy Quran recited by a large number of reciters, may Allah reward them with goodness.
Adhkar: This section contains all the supplications and remembrances a Muslim needs throughout the day, including morning and evening adhkar (written and audio), bedtime and waking-up adhkar, post-prayer adhkar, Friday adhkar, the Istikhara prayer supplication, tasbihat, protective adhkar, Fajr adhkar, ruqyah supplications from the Holy Quran and the Sunnah, the supplication for fear during sleep, the supplication upon seeing a dream, the supplication for entering the home, supplications for distress and anger, settling debts, supplications before and after meals, travel and riding supplications, supplications for bowing, prostration and tashahhud, the supplication for a newborn's arrival, the Day of Arafah supplication, supplications for leaving and entering the house, adhkar for going to, entering and leaving the mosque, wudu and Adhan adhkar, and all other adhkar. This section can also be used offline.
Audio Library: A collection of supplications by many sheikhs, including the supplication for completing the Holy Quran, Laylat al-Qadr supplications, Eid takbeerat, the Hajj talbiyah, ruqyah and self-protection supplications, Ramadan supplications, and many more.
Videos and Fatwas: This section offers a large number of videos that bring real benefit to Muslims. It includes a dedicated section for Islamic fatwas based on the Book and the Sunnah, with the goal of helping Muslims understand their religion. We are only human; we err and we are right, and whatever is correct is from Allah, while whatever is mistaken is from ourselves and from Satan. It also features a section on the stories of the Prophets and religious stories, a section of religious sermons, a section for explaining the verses of the Holy Quran, a series of programs offered by Muminon through videos, and a children's section that helps kids learn many things, including letters, a question-and-answer program, a word-meaning program, and various lessons of interest to your child.
Qibla Direction: This section lets you determine the Qibla direction, also known as the Qibla compass, so you can find the direction of prayer with high accuracy.
Tasbih: An electronic tasbih that lets you count your remembrances, choose the type of tasbih, and set the number of repetitions.
Calendar: This section includes the Hijri and Gregorian calendars. Users can also check the Adhan time for any prayer on any day.
Live Broadcast: In this section you can watch live broadcasts of the Grand Mosque in Makkah and the Prophet's Mosque in Madinah.
The app also includes many other features, such as reminder settings: a reminder for suhoor time, which you can enable during the blessed month of Ramadan or at any time; reminders for Duha prayer; a reminder for Qiyam al-Layl; and reminders to recite adhkar such as morning adhkar, evening adhkar, waking-up adhkar, and sleep adhkar.
