This app comes in handy when you bought a phone abroad and the system language is hard to read. Once it's installed, just pick the language you want and restart the device.
Installation and Usage
First, be aware that this app needs ROOT access to work at all. Without it, the program won't launch. You can easily find step-by-step guides for your specific device online.
After you've gained ROOT, open the app and tap Add Local.
When the dialog box appears, enter the language settings you need. The app will then download the necessary updates on its own.
Features
If you still can't switch the system language to Russian after using the app, look for firmware that includes Russian support. Plenty of these firmware versions are available for free today.
You can also flash the device yourself at home, but take great care, because a mistake could permanently brick your phone.
If you can't track down suitable firmware either, your only remaining option is to learn English.
