It covers what to eat and which foods are best for getting the essential vitamins your body needs. When you open the app, you'll land on the main menu, which includes sections for foods, vitamins, tips, food combinations, health indicators, and literature.
In the vitamins section, you can browse every vitamin along with a description of each. The tips section offers advice on caring for your teeth, hair, skin, hands, eyes, lungs, liver, stomach, joints, and heart.
The app also lets you calculate your body mass index, helping you spot whether your weight is above or below the healthy range.

The app includes a large food database and lets you calculate cholesterol and sugar intake, among other things. You can also look up the vitamins you should be getting.
