Modern Ops offers a variety of game modes, each with its own distinct style. In team matches, each side is capped at 10 players, and you can't jump in if either team already has more than five members. To win, your squad spreads out and hunts down the remaining enemies. In other modes, every player competes as a lone fighter, hunting for weapons and striving to be the last one standing when the clock runs out.
To succeed, you'll need the right gear, starting with your weapons. The arsenal features more than 30 different guns, sorted by category and power. Every weapon has its own traits, including accuracy, damage output and ammo capacity. When a match begins, equip a strong gun and keep it in top condition until the final minute. Modern Ops tells the story of chaos erupting across dense urban areas. You can choose to play as either a police officer or a robber, seeing the action through a first-person view. As an upstanding officer, your job is to track down and capture the criminals causing trouble in the city. As a robber, your goal is to escape the scene quickly and take out anyone standing in your way.
