Many users run into problems because HDCP cannot be enabled, since it is simply not supported. In practice, you need a device that supports it in order to use this app.
On top of that, only single-touch input is supported, which can be a bit inconvenient. The app was originally released in Japanese, so for now it is only available with an English translation. A Russified version does not exist yet.
Even so, Miracast runs smoothly on various processor types, including x86, ARMv5 and ARMv7. The app is clearly popular, too, with more than 1 million downloads.
It's also worth noting that you need a device running Android 4.2 or later to run the app.
