Description

McGregor FAST

Created by former UFC champion Conor McGregor, this app offers a range of workout programs that deliver visible results for both beginners and seasoned athletes.

About the app

To get started, sign up with an email address and answer a few short questions so the app can build a fitness program suited to you. Registered users can follow their workout history and monitor their progress over time.

The home screen gives an overview of Conor McGregor's training programs, with video clips, helpful articles, and descriptions of popular routines. The workouts section lists every available type of exercise, and you can filter them by difficulty level.

Workouts marked in green are easy, marathon-style sessions with minimal rest. Orange marks strength-focused workouts, while red sessions are the toughest, fastest, and most intense. Each workout includes a video filmed by experienced instructors or by Conor himself.

Another tab features programs built around a set period, with three sessions per week. Recommended workouts are selected based on your physical condition and experience level.

Note that the app is not localized into Russian, so all video instructions are presented in English.

Key features

Accessing the app requires a paid subscription, though a seven-day trial lets you explore its features first. McGregor FAST is a fitness training app along the lines of SOTKA, designed for both beginners and experienced users alike.
