Description
Madtale: Idle RPG is an Android adventure where Little Red Riding Hood has to protect a forest that someone is determined to pollute. She can't manage the job alone, so you'll recruit a team of rare heroes to fight alongside her. Battles play out automatically as you line up a group of fantasy characters, including the girl in the red hood and a wolf that serves as her mount. What stands out is the charming cartoon art and the split screen: a top-down map on one half and the battles on the other, a layout similar to what you'd find on the Nintendo 3DS. The story is told through dialogue scenes, but they're in English and have no voice acting. There's also no open world here. You move through corridor-style locations and run into either an enemy or an ally, which triggers a conversation.
