Lords & Knights is a free-to-play medieval strategy MMO. You begin by taking control of a single castle and its knights. With the right strategy, you can grow your realm over time into a full empire. Conquer the cities of your rivals and rise to become the most powerful ruler of the medieval era.

RAISE A POWERFUL ARMY AND LEAD IT INTO BATTLE! Recruit a variety of medieval units, including knights and foot soldiers. Send them into combat against other lords using sharp strategy and tactics, or assign them to profitable missions. Among these missions you will find adventures such as driving off bandits, competing in a joust or hosting a castle festival in honor of your empire.

BUILD AND DEVELOP YOUR CASTLES INTO MASSIVE FORTRESSES Upgrade your modest starting castle into a mighty fortress. Stockpile resources for war in your keep while you plan tactics for the battles ahead. Strengthen your armies by improving your armory and researching new technologies. Reinforce your realm by erecting fortifications or boost your resource production. Strategy and tactics play a key role in shaping your defenses, and as the king, the final decisions are yours!

AN ALLIANCE SYSTEM THAT MAKES JOINT CONQUESTS POSSIBLE Found a new alliance or join an existing one to plan the strategy and growth of your medieval empire alongside hundreds of other players. You can sign non-aggression treaties, form alliances with other alliances, or march to war together. Within your alliance you can take on specific roles, such as Minister of War or Minister of Defense, and share information with friends and other lords through the forum and live alliance chat.

PEACEFUL KINGDOM OR WARLIKE EMPIRE Work with other lords to coordinate attacks or organize your defenses. You can support them with armies and resources, and defend each other's thrones! If diplomacy fails, a carefully planned campaign of conquest with repeated strikes on enemy cities is another option. Send out your armies to plunder your enemy's resources or storm his fortifications, capture his castle, add it to your empire and expand your realm. Make certain your most hated rival does not keep his crown for long!
