Its main features include: – Managing the notification LED on phones that have one, cycling through colors for pending notifications – Sound control, including repeating sounds – Vibration control, with custom vibration patterns and repeating vibrations – Android Wear vibration support – Sleep schedules – Lock screen notifications (on phones that support live wallpapers on the lock screen) – Contact-specific alerts for certain notification types

Colors can flash in sequence, so if you receive a new SMS and have a missed call, the light will alternate between the two colors. You can also assign the highest priority to a specific notification type so it flashes only in its own color.

It can even send notifications to your Pebble smartwatch, Sony SmartWatch and the DashClock lock screen extension.

Known issues and limitations ————————- On Samsung phones, enabling accessibility may cause the phone to start speaking, show air view warnings and cause a few other problems. These are confirmed Samsung bugs (see: http://developer.samsung.com/forum/board/thread/view.do?boardName=GeneralB&messageId=204387). The app can still run without the accessibility service, though with a reduced notification list.

Not all phones support every color. For example, most HTC phones support only 3 colors and require rooting and running the app in direct mode.

Some phones can light the notification LED only while the screen is off.

Some phones cannot keep the notification light permanently on.

Some phones cannot make the notification light blink and will keep it constantly on.

Note that the app takes over control of your notifications, so you will only receive notifications from categories the app allows.

Most HTC phones need the “direct mode” setting enabled. Many Gingerbread builds for HTC devices also require root access, since HTC changed the permissions on the LED control files.

If you’re upgrading from the “lite” version, uninstall it first. You can still back up your settings and restore them in the full version.
