Description
Jujutsu Kaisen Phantom Parade is an anime-style RPG for Android. Players take part in turn-based battles presented in a 2.5D style, where the core task is to fight monsters by manually activating the special skills of a team of heroes. As you advance through the story, you unlock speed-up and auto-battle options. New characters can be recruited through a gacha system, and they can be strengthened using various materials. Everything is handled with a single button. Although the game is in Japanese, a guide character walks you through the basic mechanics step by step.
The developers deserve praise for their anime-style cutscenes, including the animations used when new heroes are summoned. Dialogue between the heroes before battles is fully voiced, and the character models go well beyond simple nods and hand waves. The monsters are also designed so impressively that even seasoned gamers may find them hard to look at.
