This alarm clock makes sure you get up on time with up to 8 different wake-up tasks. The alarm keeps going until you finish them all.

What counts as mind or body stimulation? Maybe you have to get out of bed first. You could even pick up a foreign language while you wake up.

WAKE_LOCK: Lets the alarm start even when your screen is off

RECEIVE_BOOT_COMPLETED: Lets the app load your alarm details when the phone starts up.

VIBRATE: Enables vibration.

READ_PHONE_STATE: Allows the app to silence an alarm when a phone call comes in.

WRITE_EXTERNAL_STORAGE: Used to save backups of your data, custom settings and log files.

MODIFY_AUDIO_SETTINGS: Makes sure the alarm can play at maximum volume every time it goes off.

WRITE_SETTINGS is needed to display information about your next alarm.

BLUETOOTH and BLUETOOTH_ADMIN: These are two options for turning off Bluetooth-related alarms.

DISABLE_KEYGUARD: Required to bypass the lock screen on some devices.

INTERNET: Needed to stream shoutcasts and web radio stations.

CAMERA: Used to scan barcodes for the Barcode Task.

This app uses the Device Administrator permission to make it harder to skip your alarm by force-stopping or uninstalling the app. We all know that our morning selves sometimes just don't want to get up. The Quit Block feature can also be turned on, but only after you choose to enable Device Administrator on the Quit Block settings screen, and you can turn it off from that same screen. The Quit Block instructions on the screen above explain how and why Device Administrator is needed.
