Description
Hyde and Seek
This is an intriguing adventure game in which you guide the main character through a series of challenges to help her reach her goal.
Gameplay
The story kicks off on September 29, 1883, in London, where the infamous criminal Kate Halliday has spent a long time hiding from the police. Though she has done nothing wrong, Kate simply wants to get back to her laboratory and lead an ordinary life. Getting there, however, means facing a host of obstacles along the way, and it's up to you to guide her through them.
On every level, your job is to steer Kate Halliday to her destination. Just roll the dice and advance across the game board. The challenge is that your number of moves is limited, and at each step you'll run into townspeople who might want a chat, start a brawl, or have you arrested outright.
Make key decisions and battle detectives who are trying to take you into custody. Fights unfold in turn-based mode, and on each turn you'll pick one card from the many on offer to play.
These cards let you strike your opponent, raise your defense, and recover health. Matching cards can be merged into a single, more powerful one, which can be the deciding factor in winning a battle.
Game Features
In this game, the fate of the main character, Kate Halliday, rests in your hands. You'll work through 20 exciting levels, each requiring you to reach the end of the game board within a set number of moves.
Along your journey, you'll meet many different characters who may either lend you a hand or attempt to arrest you. You'll also face a wide range of traps and obstacles, and battle numerous enemies who will try to keep you from reaching your goal.
