Hero Squad! is a thrilling arcade shooter in which you lead a close-knit team of fighters through zones swarming with dangerous monsters. Hero Squad! is a fast-paced top-down arcade game where you build squads of armed soldiers and set out on high-stakes rescue missions.

Trapped deep behind enemy lines, you must fight your way along a perilous route crawling with armed hostiles. Command a variety of operatives armed with machine guns, assault and sniper rifles, grenade launchers, and other heavy firepower. Your goal is to clear each level by wiping out waves of incoming enemies. As you advance, opponents grow in number and toughness, making every battle harder yet far more satisfying to win.

Your mission begins with a lone soldier, but your squad will steadily grow over time. Steer your team with ease using a responsive virtual joystick that appears wherever your finger touches the screen. Best of all, your heroes shoot automatically, whether they are on the move or holding their ground.

Early in the game, you will unlock a support drone equipped with an automatic shotgun to help tear through enemy ranks. Leveling up your team greatly improves your chances of survival and lets you pick from valuable perks, including full health or armor restoration, bigger ammo capacity, damage boosts, protective shields, or recruiting an extra soldier to join your squad. Beyond the main campaign, players can take on weekly events and fight in the PvP arena for top-tier rewards.
