Though still alive, the hero tumbled into hell and must take down a fearsome demon lord to find a path back to the mortal world. To make this seemingly impossible escape, you'll need to wipe out swarms of merciless minions, collect plenty of gold, and upgrade your abilities until your character becomes nearly unstoppable. Players can choose between two main modes: an endless survival challenge where you try to outlast as many enemy waves as possible, and a structured campaign that spans several distinct stages and locations.

Start by proving yourself in campaign mode, build up your gold reserves, and then push your hero to the limit against relentless legions of fiends. Once you enter the arena, keep moving, because standing still for even a moment can be fatal. Your warrior automatically fires razor-sharp blades at approaching foes, so you can concentrate on dodging attacks and grabbing magical orbs to gain levels. Each time you level up, pick one of four random upgrades, such as deadly lightning strikes, toxic smoke clouds, blazing fireballs, increased damage, and much more.
