The app also includes a handy “Most Popular Search” feature. It tracks keywords and how often they are searched over time, showcasing the most frequently looked-up hadith texts. This means you may not even need to search manually, since the app highlights what others are finding useful.

Show details

When you select a hadith, the app opens its detailed view. The top section displays the book title and chapter name. Below it appears the hadith text in Arabic, followed by its English translation. At the bottom center of this screen is a read button that plays an Arabic audio recording, helping you pronounce the text correctly if you are not fluent in Arabic.

The detailed view also includes a “Related” section, letting you instantly jump to texts connected to the hadith you are reading.

The “Sanad” (chain of narration) section lists the transmission chain, tracing the narrators from the most recent transmitter back to the original source. This is where you can view the names and identities of each narrator.

Advertising and paid features

The Hadith Encyclopedia rarely shows ads, so you can use it throughout the day without interruption. Keeping the experience comfortable and distraction-free has been a clear priority, and the app handles this very well.
