Gym Trainer Pro is an app designed to take the place of a personal trainer, relying entirely on guidance from virtual coaches to help you reach your fitness goals. You'll find workout plans for training at home as well as for regular gym sessions where you can use a range of equipment. It also includes nutrition tips tailored to specific goals, along with plenty of other useful content. Everything is organized into categories, and your choice depends on your current physical condition. Complete a few quick tests, and you can begin the program you've been assigned. The key is to follow each exercise precisely and avoid attempting any "heroics".
How to install
- Download the APK file above to your phone.
- Allow “Install unknown apps” when prompted.
- Open the downloaded APK and tap Install.
- If the package includes OBB/XAPK data, follow the bundled instructions.
