Fast & Furious Takedown puts you right into the high-octane world of the cult action movie franchise, where reckless racers always find trouble and bend both the law and the laws of physics. Expect jaw-dropping stunts and pricey supercars, and now you can join the crew yourself, tearing through heart-pounding chases, tackling a range of missions, and collecting and upgrading powerful cars in your garage.
Fast & Furious Takedown is an arcade racing action game packed with eye-catching effects, luxury cars, and a storyline inspired by the hit movie series.
The developers offer several game modes to test your skills. In one, you drive your car and aim to cross the finish line before anyone else. Another challenges you to cover a set distance within a time limit, and the third pits you against real players.
The controls are the most distinctive part of the game and feel quite unusual for a racer, so it's worth practicing in races against bots first. Swipe in any direction to steer, while vertical swipes adjust your speed, including activating nitrous oxide. Nitrous builds up as you drift through the race, and you can also grab nitrous canisters along the track to shake off pursuers or overtake rivals on the final straight.
Wins reward you with special crates that don't open right away but after a short wait. Inside you'll find gold coins, along with cards for car parts and the vehicles themselves.
