The story unfolds as you move through a world ruled by robots. Their plan is to erase humanity entirely and turn the planet into a servant of AI. Things reached this point because mankind pushed its ambitions too far and grew too dependent on machines that eventually took control. As a result, the world has lost all sense of time, and the seasons and weather have blurred together. The moment you arrive is also when a bitter winter sets in.

HIDING IN PLAIN SIGHT

In Endless Winter: Idle War, you can slip past the robots by disguising yourself as one of them. Your temporary existence and mission play out in front of an AI that cannot tell one season from another. You are one of the fortunate survivors scattered across the globe. But is your character truly subdued? In reality, players still carry a burning desire for revenge and keep on fighting.

THE SUNSPOT SQUAD

Carrying out that plan is no simple task when AI forces surround you on every side, and reliable allies are hard to come by. Still, they are not impossible to find. With patience and careful observation, you can gather small armies of two or three members and craft the perfect strategy against the emotionless cyborgs. We call these groups the "Sunspot" squads.

SEIZE THE LAND

Humanity's dignity and honor cannot be crushed so easily, and you are determined to fight for them. Ride horses across different territories, recruit teammates, and destroy the AI forces holding each region. Once you defeat them, that area becomes your own forbidden zone, bearing your name. Expand your control over as much ground as possible, and let the warmth of the sun serve as the player's hope as you break through the AI's stronghold.
