1. What is the easiest way to rename a checklist or item?

– Long press the item, tap the Edit icon at the top, and then enter the new name.

2. How can I remove specific items?

Long press the item you want, select any other items you need, then tap the delete icon at the top.

3. What is the best way to share a checklist?

Tap the menu icon to open the checklist. From the drop-down menu, select ‘Share Checklist.’

Pick the app you want to share with. Checklists are currently shared via text message.

4. How do I make a copy of a list?

Long press the checklist, then tap the copy icon at the top. Tap OK and enter a new name for the duplicate.

5. How do I sort checklists and the items inside them manually?

Open the option menu and choose sort manually. A drag-and-drop icon will appear on the left side of each item or checklist name. Hold the icon for a few seconds, then move it up or down until it reaches the position you want.

6. How do I move or copy items from one list to another?

Long press the item you need in your checklist, then select any other items you want to include. Tap the Move or Copy icon at the top, choose the target list from the menu, and tap OK.

7. How do I create a budget?

Tap on the main screen to create a new list. Open the option menu and tap Add Price. Add items to the price list. You can follow the same steps for items that already exist.

8. What is a backup list?

Head to the settings menu, then open the Backup data page. Tap Create backup and sign in to your account if you aren't already. If prompted, allow any permissions the app requests.

9. How can I recover my data?

Reinstall the app while keeping your internet connection turned on, then sign in with your Gmail account. If you already have a backup, we'll walk you through restoring it.
