Description
Dunk City Dynasty is a mobile streetball simulator for Android. Players build a squad of basketball players to compete in street matches. The developers leaned heavily on cartoon-style visuals and eye-catching special effects to bring the courts to life. A tutorial walks players through the basics, teaching them how to work with basketball bots and pull off a slam dunk. Although manual controls and a wide range of offensive and defensive moves are available, the final result of a match is largely out of the player's hands, and this becomes obvious early on and tends to get more pronounced as you progress. The game offers several modes, along with the option to train your athletes so they perform at their best. A voice-over commentator is a welcome addition, and the gameplay never feels stretched out. The one drawback is that ping may be an issue, since the servers are located in Asia.
