Description
Dr. Chatelet: Faith
An immersive blend of adventure quest and visual novel set in the Middle Ages, where you take on the role of a physician and save the lives of patients who seek your help.
Storyline
The tale centers on Chatelet, a young man who has just graduated from medical school. Thanks to his hard work and exceptional talent, he rose quickly through the ranks and became a true doctor. Yet during his practice, he encountered many events that defied any logical explanation.
These events could not be accounted for by traditional medical theories, such as wounds that refused to stop bleeding, patients who died without any apparent cause, and much more.
As he gained experience, the protagonist also uncovered knowledge that completely contradicted conventional medicine. All of this came as a great shock to Dr. Chatelet, who had devoutly believed in traditional medical practice.
Gameplay
You play as Dr. Chatelet, treating patients and witnessing a revolution in medical science firsthand. Plenty of text-based conversations with patients await, revealing the personalities of the locals and guiding you toward what must be done. Choose a patient and prepare for surgery, keeping in mind that wealthier nobles will bring you more money.
Invite onlookers to observe your surgeries, as they will bring you extra income. During an operation, you must tap the screen at the right moments to bleed the patient.
The patient's fate and how the onlookers you invited respond will hinge on your choices. Just make sure the patient doesn't die, or you'll be accused of witchcraft. You make the calls yourself, and those decisions shape how the story ends. 0 Aug 29 Additional Information:
