Soldiers are deployed into dedicated slots along the bottom of the screen. Combine them by dragging one fighter onto another to create a new, stronger soldier. The game offers a wide range of these combinations, each with its own set of skills and abilities, and many can hold their own against an entire crowd of furious monsters. Remember to send two people out to gather resources; otherwise you won't be able to upgrade your soldiers, and the zombies will soon break through your defenses.
