Download a supported launcher (see the list below), install the icon pack, open the app and tap apply, then select your launcher from the list. If your launcher doesn't appear in the list, apply the icon pack from within your launcher instead.

Development on this is ongoing and it may work in an upcoming release. In the meantime, use a different launcher on LG devices.
