• Windsurfing: will there be enough wind? • A day at the beach: will it be hot and sunny? • Will the wind be strong enough to fly my kite? • Will it rain? Is it safe to hang the laundry outside? • If it rains or snows, I can wake up earlier to get to work on time.
Features:
• Weather forecasts are provided by www.OpenWeatherMap.com • Track unlimited weather events. • Custom Weather Alerts also doubles as an attractive, practical weather app with customizable icons and backgrounds. • Home screen widget showing the current weather. • Notifications with two sound options: a looping alarm or a simple notification tone. • Set your location manually or let GPS detect it automatically.
Types of alerts:
• Rain (above a chosen amount in mm) • Temperature (above or below set degrees) • Wind (above a chosen speed) • Fog, mist, or haze • Snow • Cloud cover (above or below a set percentage) • Thunderstorms
