CS16Client is an easy-to-use app that lets you run the classic Counter-Strike 1.6 shooter on your Android device. Note that the game files aren't bundled with the app, so you'll need a licensed copy of Counter-Strike 1.6 from Steam to play. Start by installing this app along with the original game client on your device. Next, create a folder named "xash" in the root directory of your phone's storage and copy the "valve" and "cstrike" folders from the original game into it. Once that's done, launch the game, point it to the "xash" folder when prompted, and you're ready to play. Gameplay mechanics are unchanged from the original; the main difference is that the controls have been redesigned for touchscreens. They offer comfortable play that comes close to matching players on other platforms.
