Renting Rooms to Tenants
A highlight of Cat Lady's Happy Home is choosing who rents your rooms. Tenants are unique characters, both human and animal, and each has a distinct job, personality and backstory to explore. Teddy Panda, for example, is extremely nearsighted and refuses to wear glasses.
Characters are grouped by rarity. Common (N) and Rare (R) tenants can be found for a standard brokerage fee. Super Rare (SR) and Super Super Rare (SSR) tenants require an invitation letter from a special intermediary service. Lease lengths vary as well, with some tenants staying just a few months and others settling in for the long term.
Apartment Decoration
Decorating is one of the game's most popular features. You can restyle your apartments to your liking, even while a tenant is living in them. Many decoration themes are available, but some must be unlocked by reaching a certain level or spending diamonds. Simple decor, for instance, unlocks at level 10, while Warm decor unlocks at level 50.
