C4droid is designed to be easy to use right out of the box, but you may still have a few questions.
What are the best ways to work with Makefiles and multifile projects?
Long-press the compilation button, or open the compilation settings if they are hidden or moved. You can set your current directory to use whichever mode you prefer.
C4droid creates a .c4droid file when you tap OK. Some modes, such as makefile, require you to enter the executable file name, so don't forget this step.
When you're finished, tap the compile and run buttons to build and launch your app.
How can I use graphics libraries in single-file mode?
Install the SDL plugin, then select the G compiler in C4droid preferences.
C4droid chooses an app mode by performing a simple analysis of your source code.
Each graphics mode is detected through its matching include string. For more details, check the bundled examples. These lines have no effect.
If you're compiling a single-file Qt app, also add #include yoursourcefilenamewithcpp.moc at the end of the source code file.
How do I manually install C support?
On first launch, C4droid asks you to enable C support. It then configures itself semi-automatically.
You will need to:
Internal memory: 0 (100MB)
1. Install the GCC plugin.
2) Choose the G compiler in C4droid preferences.
For use as a C compiler in C4droid, GCC is the better choice over the alternative.
How do you build and configure libraries?
The process is much like a standard Makefile build, though a few patches may be required.
The currently tested libraries are gmp-mpfr, mpc, neon, sqlite, and SDL_gfx. (The --disable-mmx flag is required.)
Which gestures and keyboard shortcuts does C4droid support?
Long-press gestures:

Tap the Save button to save your work.
Tap the Open button to browse your recent files.
Press the Run button to execute the program without arguments.
Tap the Compile button to configure your current directory.
Tab: Closes the current tab.

C4droid is short for "C for Android" or "C for Android."
C4droid does not rely on an online compiler, so it produces and runs real native binaries.
APK binaries are released under the (L)GPL. Email the developer to request the source code. Included tools: Tiny C Compiler, GCC, BusyBox, and more.
