Bio Inc. Redemption is a life-and-death game in which you decide whether a patient's illness fades away or grows worse. Both sides share the same mechanics, but your work will look completely different depending on whether you choose Life or Death. Journey Between Life and Death

In Bio Inc. Redemption, the rivalry between Life and Death is vividly and realistically portrayed, and you are free to pick whichever side you like. Two images, one of a doctor and one of the god of Death, represent the two factions. Once you choose, you'll move through the tutorial levels. The interface stays the same across both sides, so it will feel familiar right away.

You will see the character's full body and can zoom in on individual body parts. The panel on the left shows each part's stats, and any part with a flashing light is sick. Its readings keep changing, and you'll need to either prevent the symptoms or make them worse, depending on your side. That is where the two factions truly differ.

Complete Quests to Cure or Worsen Illness

In the Life tutorial, you play as a doctor and meet a patient first. The patient has lung, immune, and muscle problems that are easy to spot. Virus-like elements also appear, and you can click them to collect bio points from certain body parts. Bio points are essential for meeting your diagnostic and treatment requirements. On the Death side, the same element works in the opposite way.

A bio map shows the body parts linked to disease symbols. These mark the possible scenarios for the patient, and you can take your time examining them. Choose a diagnostic method and it will cost a set amount of bio points. Once you know that two diseases on the bio map are behind the patient's condition, treatment begins, and the bio points continue to be spent throughout.

You can upgrade helpful features to make diagnosis and treatment easier, and most of these upgrades depend on bio points. After you cure the character's symptoms as Life, you switch to Death. There you meet a healthy character whose stats all sit at 100%, and you use the bio map to cause problems in certain parts and make them worse.

Once you understand how to cure or worsen a medical condition in Bio Inc. Redemption, you can start tackling the game's tasks. Daily quests are easy to find, and you receive your rewards as soon as you finish them. Interestingly, some daily quests require you to play on both sides, asking you to complete a Death stage or a Life stage.

When you feel confident in your skills, you can try other modes. One of them is World Tour, which you can think of as an extended campaign.
