Background

The fairyland once thrived in peace, with many races living side by side. Humans, elves, orcs, and even dragons all respected one simple rule: river water never crossed into well water. But for reasons unknown, the orcs suddenly lost their minds, determined to break that rule and seize control of the world. They swept across the land, leveling every place they passed, and launched relentless assaults on the strongholds of every kingdom.

The races must now unite to stop the fierce orc invaders, defeat them, and restore peace across the world. First, though, someone with enough talent and courage is needed to maneuver, plan, and lead this multi-racial army through the great war. That someone is you.

As the leader, you will command a powerful war chariot. Each one can be customized to the player's needs, suiting every battle and its own defensive strategy. You hold the authority to direct and coordinate military forces from every race and to defend the castle as you see fit. Your ultimate goal is to push back the orcs and bring order back to the land.

What Makes Battle Towers Unique?

In this tower defense game, you act as the commander of an alliance of races. You control, plan, and decide every move needed to defeat the enemy. Holding onto every stronghold and crushing the orc onslaught is the game's ultimate objective. Learn the strengths and weaknesses of each unit and assign them to the right chariot positions so they can attack at range or in melee in a well-timed rhythm.

The more battles you fight, the more situations you handle, and the more points you earn, the more chances you get to unlock new generals. Champions can also be upgraded to become stronger and tougher.

Upgrading and Customizing Your Chariot

These are extremely powerful fighting machines. They protect your stronghold and deliver strong offensive power, letting you combine defense and attack at the same time.

Graphics and Sound

Battle Towers uses landscape orientation and animated 2D graphics with a chibi look: cute little characters with oversized heads. The characters are fun and distinct enough for you to tell the species apart, yet never frightening. Overall, the mood is very adorable.

That said, when it comes to the level of detail in its design, Battle Towers stands up well against other well-known tower defense titles. Strong warriors, a relentless army, and dazzling skill effects light up the screen with a bold, vibrant palette of eye-catching colors.

Sound plays an essential role in any tower defense game, and Battle Towers handles it well by assigning distinct audio to each troop group.
